Overall I was pleased with the service team with the exception of the service manager. When I had concerns over an issue that came up when the techs were servicing my vehicle, I called Eddie with concerns and the hope that he could walk me through it and alleviate my concerns and stress. Instead, I felt he was inconvenienced to talk to me, was dismissive and overall I left that call very frustrated and to be honest mad. I was not treated the way Coggin Honda typically has taken care of our family. Kelly and the other service members were great!
