I was told that you offered 3 year 36,000 mile warranty; so when I brought my car in for an oil change I was charged. The attendant told it’s only 4 oil changes up to 30,000 miles. So your business of saying you get 3 years or 36,000 which ever comes first is DEFINITELY MISLEADING!!!!!
