We came for an oil change service and it got done. We had a tire monitoring problem that was resolved, but poor help from the handbook. It is hard to follow by posing logical questions to the handbook. Try it.I forgot to ask questions about the Heating/cooling system, oh excuse me, the Climate control system. My handbook is heavily marked up.The service was good
