Scheduled maintenance, car was brought in on time and work finished before time promised. Friendly, professional service.

We came for an oil change service and it got done. We had a tire monitoring problem that was resolved, but poor help from the handbook. It is hard to follow by posing logical questions to the handbook. Try it. I forgot to ask questions about the Heating/cooling system, oh excuse me, the Climate control system. My handbook is heavily marked up. The service was good

The salesman Cooper was very nice and answered all my questions. However on the way home I had a sign light up on the dashboard Tire Pressue Sensor Fault. AND the other key did not work. I am hoping it is just a battery. AND on the back window there is trim missing ....small things but...goes to innattention to small details. I am old and was very nervous. Too bad my hubby died and was not there to check on things.

The buying experience and trading in my old car was easy.
