Shane Yoo service writer was very involved in my issue and has and is doing all possible to please me and repair the car.

very friendly, slightly understaffed. you could use someone to answer the phone rather than the two service representatives. Other than having to wait for the person who was taking care of me to keep answering the phone, the service was great!

Friendly service. Jim was very kind in explaining the Passenger Airbag not on message that I would see when in the back seat. He also took care of the recall problem message we had received in the mail. He is always very courteous and friendly!

Great customer service

I needed a tire repaired because I had picked up a huge staple somewhere. I purchased the tire warranty when I bought my Santa Fe 2 years ago. I simply appeared at Coggin Hyundai’s service department first thing one morning. Not only did Shane greet me in a very kind way, but because I had a service appointment scheduled later in that week, and he was able to have my car serviced while I was already there there. That saved me another 75 mile round trip to the dealership!

The check-in process went smoothly.
