Allan was courteous and kept me appraised of the repairs needed on my 2021 Pallisade. Thankfully the Radiator and AC compressor were under warranty. Only waiting for a call to bring it back for radiator replacement.

Service was delayed because the part was shipped back to vendor and had to be reordered. Service took 4.5 hours and no loaner car or ride home offered. Otherwise the service was well done.
