I deal with Jim Ponterio who is my service advisor, and he always provides a 5-star+ service experience and double-checks with the shop techs to see how the schedule is progressing. Also, the service shop personnel have been very skilled and efficient.I had an appointment today set up by Jim to have cross rails removed and he unexpectedly had to leave the dealership. Service Advisor Allen stepped in and promptly took over.Best dealership service department I have use in the past 65+ years!
