Salesperson was nice and professional I arrived at the dealership early and he was busy with another customer so he introduce me to Jack which was just as great they had the car ready and we done a test drive Jack went over the features of the car and answered the questions I had We had discussed a price by email but I gave a counter offer which he took to his supervisor and we made the deal the time was very reasonable while we was doing the paper work Jack had arranged for the car to be detailed and was ready when we had completed the paper work over all very pleased with the time. Again Jack was great he explained the bluelink and to set it up and how to work it again very pleased.

Salesman Cooper Morgan was excellent to deal with. Professional, yet warm and friendly. Great sales experience. Finance person, Christy Vargas Betances, was difficult. Went on and on about extended warranty after we made it clear we declined that. Didn't title the car as we requested. She had a cold, coughing, sneezing- it was very unpleasant. Lastly, the car was delivered to us with tire pressure as it came from the factory, much higher than recommended. It was explained to me, after a trip back to the dealership 5 days after the purchase, that the pressure should have been lowered during a dealership inspection of the vehicle when it was received. Still, we're very happy with the new car.

We made a service appointment with Jim Ponterio. They started checking us in as soon as we arrived and the service was complete in an hour and we were check ing out.

Had routine maintenance performed on my 2017 Tucson. Was served quickly for both dropoff and pickup by Shane. Used the courtesy shuttle with Brandon both ways, and both trips were handled timely.
