I arrived early and they were able to take my truck in right away, although I had planned on being several hours. I was longer than I expected having had such with a local friend, and my truck was waiting patiently for me. They finished up quickly despite my being in a hurry.One thing I was surprised and disappointed about was that the recommended alignment and rotation was not part of the three year complimentary service. Part of my purchasing all the extended warranties was to continue not having to pay for service beyond the three years. I expected no bills until the extended warranty was up, which I felt would help me to mentally justify the purchase of this truck (it actually cost me more than my first two homes, and close on a third!). I would have thought that alignment would also be part of the complimentary maintenance.
