Julio was the best. My issue was the ridiculous offer made by the sales manager. Give me your best offer the first time. I gave 4 stars due to the sales manager issue.

When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. That was unusual. After finding out that Shane was assigned to me, then things went extremely smoothly.

Jack was amazing and listened to our needs and really worked with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The business offered drinks and food to us and kept us very full!

We were very pleased with our experience with only one glitch. When we were told we were able to still have bumper to bumper on the vehicle we bought we didn’t realize it would cost another $2,000 (approximately) until we had signed LOTS of papers. We still took the coverage but it would’ve been nice to have it mentioned in the beginning.
