No-one approached my wife and I in the lot which is good in a way however at one point we were looking for someone my salesman approached us as we were entering the building then all was good

Service advisor Jim is very knowledgeable of my car gave me some good advice on things that need to be done on my next service schedule.the waiting room could use some new chairs to sit in .
