Service provider Al was simply outstanding!He provided alternatives and suggestions that I appreciated.

Peter helped me during my visit and he was extremely helpful, funny, and polite. He never made me feel pressured to purchase the car, which is always nice. Raja also worked with me and was extremely helpful to make sure I was able to receive more than I was expecting. I’m so lucky to have found the perfect car from the perfect dealership!

Made an appt a week in advance for a four wheel alignment. Arrived as agreed, service manager had all paperwork ready. Inspected the vehicle, reminded me of two Hyundai recalls I missed (software update, replaced trunk release device, these done at no fee). Told me the car would be ready in “a couple of hours”. Finished ahead of schedule, all items perfectly executed. Going back again….

Checked right in, nice waiting area, kept me informed, had coffee and snack machine

Troubleshooting was explained . Text message sent so I could monitor repair status. Customer waiting area has Wi-Fi, water & charging stations. When repairs were taking longer, I was notified so I could find a ride.

This dealership is honest and thorough.
