Need another left front head lite bulb

I like bringing my vehicle to Coggin Deland Hyundai for service. Staff is always professional and friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable and the entire property clean and pleasant. My only negative experience is the car wash. When I checked in I was asked if I would like to have my vehicle washed after the service and I said yes. When I checked out I asked if my vehicle had been washed and I was told yes. But when I picked up my vehicle it had not been washed. I wouldn't mention this, but is the second time in a row the exact thing has happened. I would prefer not to have the service offered at all, than to have it offered and told it had been done, and then the service had not been provided.
