Honestly had a poor experience before coming to Coggin but the people you have working in your service and sales department are incredible. Jack and Jim helped a lot with the hybrid warning on my car and had great communication with me. They explained everything and made me feel so much better even though I need a battery replacement. I also wanted to say that Jake in your sales is incredible, he has a great personality and honestly made getting a car seem so much easier than what I thought it was. Amazing team and a great environment. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Shane was great. He was friendly, kept me informed, and offered a loaner when the part needed wasn’t available. Car was completely put back together properly (…when the other local (DB) dealership service department DOESN’T ever do this and one has to drive back so they can put back a panel/reattach the washer fluid hose/put back the trim they pulled out/etc EVERY TIME, one really appreciates when it’s done properly) and car works well.
