Service visit

Brougth my vehicle for a warranty issue, motor had a knocking noise for a while. At first the mecánics could not duplicate the noise even tho the noise was loud, so I had to send a video I recorded of the noise. At first there was some misscomunication but I talked to Shane Yo explained to him what was happening and He took care of it and the mechanics where able to then identify the noise. then they proceed to get me a loaner while they where dealing with the POC warranty application and I just got my car back fixed back friday. so far car has not make any noises so im satisfied. thank you
