I basically did all my negotiations over the phone and internet on Aug 112023 lucky I got hold of Jack Rosen who really went to bat for me and got me a great deal..I went over on Aug 12 2023 to pick up my Santa Cruz and the whole dealership was absolutely very professional..just a great experience Thanks Everyone
