Jim and Shane in service and great. The tactic of writing up a huge service bill by the mechanics is annoying. They don’t even check service records and send me pictures of clean filters. Who is paying $60 for a cabin filter?The sales team is annoying with emails and texts. If I wanted to buy a car, I would come to you. There was a salesman one time I came in that was likable, not pushy. He was older guy with Jamaican accent. I would buy from him.The shuttle availability this time was slow. I ended up making my own arrangements for transportation.Overall, not bad experience just stop with the over the top service recommendations and sales sharks.
