Julio was extremely polite, patient and explained everything to me. I felt no pressure at all.

We came in pretty close to closing looking for a vehicle. Pete was very nice, as well as the finance manager. I ended up with a monthly payment higher than I would like, but I do have a great warranty and protection that makes me feel like we were sold the products that will definitely help and protect my family. I used to work at a car dealership and I kind of know the ins and outs of a sale. Both Pete and the finance manager were pretty candid about the process and that made it nice because I didn't feel like they were trying to hide anything.
