We live in Altamonte Springs so we made an appointment to go to the Dealership to speak to our Salesman, David Brock, to look at CPO Hyundais. When we arrived, David had already selected 3 cars to begin our meeting. All three of them fit our needs, financially and with preferred options. David was a real gentleman, treated us with respect, and answered all of our questions clearly, no pressure, no tap dancing, no BS. We selected a CPO Elantra in amazing condition. He handled all of our paperwork quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend David to family and friends. David had already introduced us to Christy in Finance. We were looking for specific car. The front desk person was welcoming. Salesman Jack Rosen was very helpful with our decision to buy. Jack took us on test drive and explained the electronics and capabilities of the car. Jack also assisted us in our decision to pay cash or finance the purchase. Cooper Morgan assisted us with financing issues and documents. The whole process took us 6 hours but Jack in particular and Cooper made the process better.

Navigating the construction effort was unusual, but didn't hinder getting good and timely service. My only comment is ... My Tucson was purchased in January 2017 - In August of 2019 (2 yrs 8 mos later) the (LH) Outside Handle-Assy had to be replaced; the work was covered under warranty. Now (some 5 yrs 2 mos) later, the (RH) Outside Handle-Assy should be replaced because the black plastic button fell out and the cost is over $400. Quite a charge for a plastic button. Even NASA can't get away with that kind of markup....
