Everything was great but the car never got washed outside. It look like it was wet down with a hose but not cleaned. Windows and good and grill dirty. When I purchased the car I could car washing each day this was the first time we got it serviced at all.

All employees so pleasant and friendly. The service advisor was excellent and so informative, efficient and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. High praise all the way around!

Allen was great answered all my questions, great customer service. I am upset that my car has a long scratch on the driver side and I know for sure it wasn't there before, only someone that pays attention to small details would notice like me . But there's no way for me to prove it. So it is what it is.
