No body came to meet me at the car when I arrived. I came in and was totally ignored until a boy came and ask me the keys snd point to me who will take care of my car. I walk toward him and stay if front of him for a few minutes. Still nobody welcome me. I felt I was ignored so I was the one who say hi to them. They look very stressful but to say “hello and welcome I will be with you in just a moment” don’t get you much time. In their behalf I have to say that I arrived may be 30 minutes before my appointment. But that is not an excuse to treat you like nobody is there. Your employees needs a good education on how to handle their stress and problems. We do not have the fault. It was very disappointing because it is the first time it happened. When I went to get into the car they forgot to put the right seat back where they were before. But in general you always give a good service.

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out with great customer service and communication.Shane is excellent!

I brought my car in for 16,000 mile check. I was greeted, my information was taken and I was given an estimate, both time and cost. It took a little longer then projected but I understand that its not a perfect science. My car came back clean and everything was explained. I really like this service department.
