No drawn out negotiations, no back and forth of salesman to “manager”. A compromise was reached quickly and effectively on the new vehicle.

I was surprised when the Service Dept told my wife it was going to take 2 days to replace the windshield under a safety recall. However the dealership stepped up and provided a rental car at no charge while the repairs were being done. I would have rated the performance a "5a' but they cracked the windshield in the process. Everything was covered.
