I received excellent care the moment I walked in with my low tire. Jim answered all questions and explained everything to me. They had to order me a new tire, and as promised Jim gave me a call to set up a time for me to come in. Since buying my car there, I have not been disappointed with the professional and caring service I've received.

While I had no problem at all with the courtesy or quality of work (everyone was wonderful, helpful, polite, etc), I felt over 4 HOURS for an appointment of having an alignment and minimal recall resolutions (wiper arm & a door trim piece) was unacceptable. I was told it would be about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. 4+ hours was ridiculous. I had to cancel a meeting and have my husband come pick up our son after he came off duty because my poor little guy couldn’t make it beyond the 2 hr mark. I don’t blame him. I absolutely understand that things can happen but no one communicated any “issues” as to why it took so long. I want to continue using the dealership for my services but with wait times like this, I am not sure we will be able.

I always have a good experience when I take my cars in to be serviced at Coggin. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable and are helpful.
