This is my 4th Hyundai purchase since 2004 and this has been the best sales experience of all of them. Jack my salesman, and Cooper the financial rep were so easy to work with and incredibly accommodating.

Salesperson Deborah LeBron was superb. She is a genuine asset to your organization. Closing the deal with finance took way too long.... nearly 2 hours.

I came in for my first oil change and a recall. Turns out the recall required a completely new engine be ordered and installed. Needless to say, I was very upset seeing as the car was practically brand new (5k miles). Shane was very kind and walked me through all the steps. Despite that it took a month or so, Shane got me a nice loaner and kept me advised throughout the process on progress.

Service Manager, Will, was pleasant, caring, and informative. He followed up to make sure the problem was fixed and the customer was satisfied.
