Service was prompt and courteous

Service personnel was helpful and explained what was to be done both an oil change and a recall. After initial testing it was recommended that 2 filters were needed. All work was done in a timely manner. I would have appreciated if a 10% discount would have been applied. I found the coupon after I left dealership.

Daniel, Shane, Larry and th GM were great ! They worked with me to hold my car while I was waiting on an insurance claim above and beyond. Were extremely patient. I can’t thank them enough. Did extraordinary work to get the car in the top maintenance position before my purchase. I am so grateful they helped me out of a tough spot. AND The love the car. No complaints with the buying experience. The sales and finance staff were competent. I did really appreciate them being able to send a notary to my house to have my wife finish the paperwork since she could not be there in person the day before. One note, the form email for this survey said I bought a Chevy Malibu, which is incorrect. It's a Chevy SS sport sedan. I don't even think you could spend $40k on a brand new Malibu...
