Jose Berroa at the deland Hyundai was the best! We were dreading the car buying process with all the different dealerships. When we decided looking at Hyundai SUVs, he was able to answer all of our questions, and we didn’t get the vibe/feeling of being pressured to buy a vehicle. His customer service was by far the best we’ve seen, offering water, and made sure that we were comfortable at the dealership. I know that previously my wife bought a car from coggin deland hyundai, and it was the worst experience she’s had with buying a car. So I’m glad that this was a different experience, knowing that it’s could of just been that salesman and financial person at the time. We will definitely be coming back to the Hyundai dealership if we need another vehicle.

Fast and easy

I was most appreciative of Deland Salesman Gordon King who was right on top of my inquiries and promptly returned a;; my texts. I didn't feel hustled or pressured. Gordon had a firm grasp of my Tucson Hybrid as well as other similar rival auto maker models. I'd recommend perspective Hyundai buyers chat with Gordon to get no nonsense straight up info on their vehicles.

Very nice team. Did not pressure me for addons or to buy any vehicles. Very quick and seamless purchase. They dont add market adjustments which is amazing considering the market we are in.

I had a really great experience working with Jack. I live in Jacksonville and I was shopping around for a Hyundai venue from a dealer that was not going to charge over MSRP. After calling many places throughout Jacksonville and Gainesville trying to get a price I ended up doing an online inquiry for a green venue from the deland location. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Jack and was able to get an out the door price right away without any sort of pricing games and discussions with a manager sort of thing. I put a deposit down online, drove down when the vehicle was ready and was in and out in less than two hours. They were even good with me bringing my own financing through my bank and was not pushy about trying to finance through the dealer. Thanks Jack and Deland Hyundai!

I was very pleased with the time it took to service my car, about an hour. The only thing that was not done was I had asked to wipe down the inside of my windows as I have problem with shoulders and this was not done. The complimentary car wash is not that great, only rinsed it off. My service agent was very friendly and informative. I appreciate the service from him.

Assessed my need and suggested vehicles. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.
