We were happy with our purchase and Mina was our salesperson. He found us a car within the price we wanted to spend and we will pick it up on Monday I believe. We didn't like the fact that the car didn't come with ANY warranty at all, so we are hoping all will work out well.

Went to take a look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Santa Fe. Ended up leaving with a BRAND NEW 2022 Santa Fe Limited 2.5T. This thing is LOADED with features. Jack Rosen was an outstanding salesman and was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with the entire process. He greeted us as we got out of our daily that we ended up trading in. Eric (Finance Manager) was super flexible and patient with the many questions we had prior to signing the paperwork. Explained all the add-ins to us prior to us deciding if they fit our needs. Jack helped us setup our service appointment to get the two front windows tinted. The Service department was extremely friendly and set us up and explained how long it would take and what to expect. Overall OUTSTANDING service all around from Coggin Deland Hyundai.

Shane took care of me. Took time to explain things that could be done and asked for my ok to do them. The service app is helpful that I can see what stage my car is at: inspection, service, ready. Pictures were shown of things that they found during my inspection, and I could approve or not approve the recommendation. Car was put through car wash.

My only complaint would be that it took about an hour longer than I was originally quoted, but i have no idea what kind of issues they might have run into before we arrived. Would like to have had a local shuttle available on the weekend as i had my family with me, but we were able to walk to a couple stores nearby to pass the time.

Appt. was easy to arrange and everything was handled in a timely manner.

I purchased a car for myself in May of 2021 and went back in April of 2022 to buy another car for my husband. Both times we received exceptional service. Mina, in sales was absolutely a pleasure to work with, that we asked for him by name when purchasing the second vehicle. Both times cars were few and far between and hard to come by due to the pandemic - but they took care of us and had what we wanted. Very straight forward and upfront friendly service. No pressure or haggling and had the best car buying experience ever. We now take our cars there for routine service, that’s how much we enjoy working with them. I would recommend them to anyone.
