The scheduled service was done on time.

Went to have vehicle checked for recall. Everything went fine. Awaiting pgone cal from service dept to set up appt for manufacturer fix.

Jose and Larry were very friendly and well prepared. They made the trade in and purchase process seemless and stress free.

Jose was very nice and even came and brought the car to me for a test drive. When I came to the dealership later to purchase the car, both Jose and Eric, in financing were not pushy at all, but rather sincerely friendly and informative.

I drove down from South Carolina to pick up my new Sonata. Peter directed me to the sales manager, who was prepared with all the necessary paperwork. Peter then sat with me while we waited for the car to be finished cleaning. I believe I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. Everyone, especially Peter, were very friendly and accommodating. I would rate my experience with Peter and the others a 10👍 Overall, an excellent experience, although the free lifetime car wash isn’t very helpful given I live 300 miles away. Perhaps a Hyundai keychain, or some other trinket would have been a nice finishing touch!
