I brought my Santa Fe in because the check engine light went on. I felt lucky to get an appt because the dealer closer to me couldn't give me an appt until Jan 2022. Anyway, the time estimate given for my vehicle was pretty much exactly what I was told. The problem was the gas cap wasn't on right, and I wish the Blue Link person had suggested that I check it so I didn't waste both my time & your technicians.

Everything went smoothly. Didn’t have to wait pass my appointment time and said it would take an hour and it did. I was pleased.
