I've been bringing my elantra to Coggin for years and will continue to do so. I have had the same service person helping me at the service desk for many years, (Lance, I like him a lot), and I appreciate that continuity. To me that says a lot about a company. On the other hand, I'm talking about the service department. I come here for factory quality service. I understand that they are salesmen as well. They sell repair - parts and labor. They always recommend some other service or thing that needs or may soon need to be done. It's a small thing, but they have recommended multiple times that I get the under-dash filter for the a/c replaced ($150). I've never even heard of an under the dash filter for the a/c before. My car is 16 years old, a 2005. We've managed to make it this far. I think we can struggle along for a few more years. I'm 72 year old. Maybe I need my under the dash filter changed. I'll have to check in to that...... On the other other hand, when my "old faithful" finally goes to that great scrap yard in the sky (maybe to meet Kings Christine), I will be coming to Coggin to look for another vehicle. I've never given a 5 star rating. "Excellent" to me is a very high bar indeed. (Can you say, walk on water?)
