I felt welcome as soon as I came in the door. Jack greeted me and took me to Thomas who also made me feel welcome. The actual car buying experience was great also. I did not feel pressured. I would have like to had other options of vehicles to look at but overall I am extremely happy with the vehicle that I purchased.
