Jack was great, exceeded my expectation. I dropped my car off for service, today and told him I would be in for it tomorrow afternoon. He called me at 5:30 , and told me the car was done ! In 3 hours it was finished. Excellent customer service. Very happy customer !

Purchasing a vehicle online from a dealership in another state can sometimes be challenging. Many times, the vehicles listed online are not accurately described, and the prices listed do not reflect the actual purchase price of the car or options and warranties advertised. After a month-long nationwide internet search, I found the exact car I wanted at Coggin Deland Hyundai in Florida. I would like to offer my thanks to the Coggin Deland Hyundai Dealership, General Manager Jason Mink, Internet Sales Manager Manny Carreras, and Internet Sales Professional Juan Martinez. The honesty and responsiveness of the management and staff at Coggin Deland Hyundai made it an easy transaction. The price listed online included everything shown and described on their web site, and the CPO warranty without additional charges. Manny and Juan were very responsive to my phone calls, text messages, and email questions and requests for additional pictures. After we negotiated the price of the vehicle, they worked with me to complete all of the paperwork via a combination of emails, text messages, phone calls, wire transfers, and FAX’s. To illustrate their honesty, after I had wire transferred the funds, their internet sales department lowered the advertised price online, and after speaking with the General Manager, Juan arranged for a refund check to be mailed to me for the difference. Juan even followed up with me a week later by phone to ensure I received the refund check. After all the forms were completed, and funds transferred, I made arrangements with a shipping company to ship the car back to Texas. Juan made himself available to meet with my shipping company, taking pictures of the vehicle prior to releasing it to the driver and sending them to me to ensure the vehicle left them in perfect condition. Again, I would like to offer my thanks to the Coggin Deland Hyundai Dealership, General Manager Jason Mink, Internet Sales Manager Manny Carreras, and Internet Sales Professional Juan Martinez. They are all honest and capable professionals that made my vehicle purchase a very satisfying process. I highly recommend this dealership to others.
