Easy scheduling through the web portal. Courteous customer service agent. The shuttle service really helps. It gives me peace of mind to know Hyundai is thoroughly checking the vehicle when I bring it in so I don't have to worry about breaking down on I4 due to a preventable issue.

Brought in our 13 year old vehicle for service and was told it needed about $800.00 in repairs. Already spent about $1,400.00 in repairs in the previous 3 months. Had to decide on repairing vs. purchasing another vehicle. Thought about a used vehicle vs. a new vehicle. The Sales Dept. seemed a bit pushy for a new vehicle.. But in the end, we weighed all the pros and cons and decided to purchase a new vehicle, even though it has maxed out our budget. All in all, everyone we dealt with were personable and helpful.
