Great service. Only thing I can recommend is to have loaners available without a cost associated with it. Other dealers such as Daytona Hyundai never have a issue giving a loaner.

They didn’t have a part so I was without a car. Also because of hurricane they couldn’t get to my car soon. I forgot to ask but I hope they went ahead and did the mileage check and did my oil, etc…. They always did at Holler, so I wouldn’t have to make another appointment.

Although I’ve been doing business at Coggin since before it was Coggin I was let down a bit this time because of the mess of construction. That’s understandable but it started with lack of direction in even finding the Service area ! Then , having set up for their offered 70,000 mile service with a list of things included, I was told they didn’t have such an offer ! There for oil change then I was told I needed a host of things at various prices . I felt that they were really trying to run up my costs on this visit !
