I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, but I have to say that my experience with Julio was pretty unique. Never met a guy with so much knowledge of the product. His courtesy and professionalism was amazing

Your salesman Luis was very educated and a delight to work with. Now, to concerns that are out of his control. Working on the Finance end of the auto business, for 25 years+ l should have known to take the 2019 Cherokee to my mechanic for a look over but I didn’t, and that’s on me. What should have been picked up by your service dept is the leak that’s coming through to the carpet front and back of the passenger side and it’s not external. Way too many burn holes in carpet as well. Not a very good lease return for resale, especially whom ever drove this on the lease extension. Cannot find one maint. write up anywhere as required. You would think that your CJD store would have this on their lot since it was originally leased from there. Gentlemen, have a great day.
