Was advised would have my Tuscan painted within a week, was two weeks. I take in consideration Hurricane Helene might had something to do with it. Finally I had to call to find out status twice. Arrived Friday, 10-4-24 to get my car back and noticed the job was not completed. The hood was painted but the “A” pillar was not. Spoke to the painter, who indicated he was not told the “A” pillar also was to be painted. Spoke to Shane, my Technician, and he explained and showed me the “hard copy” of the work order had the instructions for the painter to paint both the hood and the “A” pillar. Shane told me the painter takes a picture of the work order and knows the instructions of the job to be done. Not a very good relationship between the painter and Coggin. There seemed to be quite a bit of chaos at Coggin, attributed to the new construction, moving the service area and trying to do business and making customers happy. Shane instructed me to bring my Tuscan back, they will complete the paint job, give me another loaner car and offered to fill my Tuscan with gas for my trouble.
