Allen went above and beyond to ensure I received the quality service of my vehicle. Made sure it was completed in a timely manner. After the inspection of my car the recommended service was a brake job. Although he did not have that specific part at the time of the text, stating they would need to be ordered. He then sent someone to pick up the part elsewhere. I love Coggin service center. All 3 service advisors Jim, Allen and Shane always go above and beyond for me. Thank you gentleman for ensuring my experience is GREAT!
