Shane is amazing! He is always courteous, kind and solution focused. My axl went out in my vehicle so I brought my car in for service because it was still under warrantee. They fixed the axl and a week later, I was hearing more noise so I reached out to Shane and he got me in immediately and fixed the other side axl for me. I am so pleased with his quick response and solution. Shane also arrived for me to get a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. That's great customer service.
