I completed most of the new car purchase from email communication. I was highly impressed with the sales team. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries. The dealership did not include additional fees or products as a majority of dealers do. Some dealerships advertise that they done have add ons or additional fees, but then will not negotiate a price much lower than MSRP. Coggin didn't add anything I didn't want and I was able to negotiate a fair price without any push back. There are plenty of Hyundai dealers where I live, but Coggin Hyundai in Deland made the buying experience so pleasant it was worth driving 90 minutes to get the car. At the dealership everyone was super nice and very professional. Every aspect of the purchase was explained in detail. They even passed the true test. How they treat you after the sale is done. I had an issue with my Bluelink after I brought the car home. The dealership worked with Hyundai to resolve the issue and maintained communication as to it's status. Shane Cassily (General Sales Manager) is a great person and goes out of his way to make sure that everything goes smooth. I have found a home for my future auto purchases.
