Everything about the experience was fine. However, the coffee machine was broken.

Easy but took longer than expected, but not surprised really. It was worth the wait. I am having issues with the MyHyundai app. It seems to not be updating. It’s showing the location of the car at the dealership with 12 miles on the odometer.

I came in to have a noise my car was making checked and it turned out to need one part and when they got that one another one failed which they overnighted from across the country just to make sure that I got my car on time when it was promised. I truly appreciated every employee that I came into contact with and how each and everyone associated with my service appointment went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of. I always recommend Coggin Hyundai to everybody. Especially considering that myself, my fiance, and now my mother-in-law have now all purchased vehicles from this location. This will be the only Hyundai dealership I ever come in contact with as they have earned my business and every one of those five stars again and again. I just want to say thank you to every one of the service employees they were absolutely phenomenal. This dealership goes above and beyond any other dealership I've ever dealt with in my 32 years.
