I stopped into Coggin Hyundai to find out information / test drive the new 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Jake went above and beyond to obtain my vehicle of interest the same day of my appointment, reviewed all the new SUV features, and is following up with me after the purchase to answer questions, and provide information. I stopped in to have a warranty issue looked at spoke with Jim service mgr . He assured me they would take care of the problem. I notice the dealership is under renovation he said it would be a little longer than usual I said no problem he also kept me informed on the worked being done . Overall I would recommend this dealership for all of your service needs .

Personable and easy experience

Coggin Hyundai- I purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe. The car is fantastic just like all of the reviews I read prior to purchasing. I would really like this review to focus on the team at Coggin Hyundai and how great they were for the whole process. I used the chat feature to make sure the car I wanted was still available and Julio answered very quickly and reassured me that it is still available and he would be there for me when I was coming in. He met me I the showroom and he is the type of person that immediately makes you feel like you are appreciated and really welcomed. His genuine nature is open, friendly. He was super knowledgeable of the car and we did a great test drive of the two vehicles I was interested in-same car just different colors. Julio made me feel right at home and I made the decision and the pricing on the website made the process easy. I then worked with Cooper for the financing and it was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Cooper is super friendly and was a pleasure to work with. It was the best experience for purchasing a car that I have ever had. After my purchase , I got calls a couple of days later from Julio and Cooper to check and make sure if there was anything . I had no issues and love the car and really appreciated them reaching back out for any questions or any needs . This dealership is a local dealership meaning it’s not some conglomerate dealership and felt more home town. I highly recommend this team to take care of f you. The back story that got me to purchase my car here is that I had used the service department for my 2023 palisade and Shane at the service desk is just the best to work with and it made me think this is where my next purchase here because the service department is fantastic also. So thank you Shane for helping me in the service department and help me buy my next car by just your quality service.
