My experience was pleasant. If I had one complaint, it would be how long I had to wait at pick up even though it was a cash deal. It took almost 3 hours from the time I came in to the time I left when I picked up the car and I had a certified check. The finance guy was excellent, very pleasant great at what he had to do to take care of all the paperwork and the tags and the title and he was a really great guy. You should give him a raise and be very happy that you have him working for you.
