The staff at Coggin is incredible and really did their best to help! The only issue I had is that the communication could have been better. Initially the estimated turnaround time was 5-6 days. After 8 days with no word, I called and had trouble getting to a live person (was put on hold for 30 minutes at a time). I do wish that there had been clearer communication and updates given along the way without me having to search for it since it turned out to be about a 2 week job instead of a 5 day job.
