A bit of disarray during construction and maybe too many cars in for service at once, as a simple oil change should not have taken as long as it did, but otherwise ever was handled well and professionally

Shane Yoo was my service writer and he took care of me and my car quickly and correctly.

It was on December 24th at 1:40pm for an last minute oil change before a family road trip. They got me in with out any issue, even though they were very busy that day. I was instantly met by a gentleman greeting me and directed me to what I needed, all with a smile and a wonderful tone to his voice with cheerfulness as I handed my keys to him. After I got to the service advisor counter, we reviewed what I requested to have done on their website when booking my appointment. I only placed an order for a full synthetic oil change, but at the last minute I requested a tire rotation and the service advisor "Shane Yoo" was more than happy to help with it. He even took the time to let me know that there is a recall about my navigation and that it is just a an update, but I was in a rush and told him that I can do that when I get back from my family road trip. He did let me know that is not an issue and to just call them when I am ready. After my oil change and tire rotation, during the settling my bill, I noticed that my payment was lower than what I calculated in my head. He and another service advisor informed me that the dealership was running a Christmas discount on oil changes and I remembered my wife saying something about that when she booked the appointment online. So after start to finish Shane was very helpful and made my time and experience at Coggin very enjoyable. I will say that has always been how every visit has turned out, from buying our 2024 Hyundai Kona and each and every visit after. I thank the whole team there at Coggin Deland Hyundai for always being so helpful and always making my experience there enjoyable.

Absolutely Magical!!! They cared if I was satisfied, they made sure I was comfortable, their sense of humor was very present lol and they made sure I got the Vehicle I wanted :)
