I needed an oil change. Alan was very helpful in coordinating this, and with Jim, referring me to the Coggin-based extended warranty after I inquired about CarShield. I purchased the warranty through Christine and Larry. The service crew alerted me to a declining battery, so I replaced that. My only wish is that the service crew had re-set the clock on my dashboard after finishing with the battery. :)

Excellent regular service turn-around in about one hour!

We were able to do most of it on the phone. So when we came in the paperwork was done and ready to be signed.

It was good. Shane is a great service lead, as is Alan n John. They are very busy there and I feel they have a very stressful job. I would have gave you a five but I just feel that four and a half hours for an oil change and brakes, front n back is a very long time. Plus I felt that the mechanics charge for labor was very high. 360. The brakes didn’t cost that much. Thanks for checking everything and keeping my car like new. See you all next time.
