Your communication is horrendous. Was told would take 3 days just to diagnose the issue, which is ridiculous. When we finally got a call on the fourth day, was told that the technician knew exactly what it was when he heard the issue, because it is so common. I texted questions, 4 times over the course of the week, with no response. Had two recalls they were also going to do while it was there, but waited until after the repairs were done to even start on the recalls, makes no sense. So you had the car for 8 days, for repairs that the tech did within one day. When we came to pick it up, we stood there for a good five minutes before any of the 4 or 5 people in there even acknowledged that we were standing there. Then the guy that had our paperwork decided that was a good time to actually start doing anything with the paperwork. So, no, not a good experience over all, at all.

Ken was awesome! He took great care of me and communicated regularly to keep me informed. I always know I’m in the best hands when bringing my car in. The mechanics do a top notch job also.

New girl Kelley definitely seemed new but was very nice and professional. Service every time I bring my truck in it's surprisingly quick and easy. Ready to leave over the weekend and VIOLA it's done in a few hours! AWESOME!

This was the 2nd car i've purchased from Coggin.Everything went smoothly.I dealt with Robert, Drew, and Darlene who were professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Coggin Ford to all who were looking for a new vehicle.
