Check in was easy. I was able to drop off my car. After the service was finished, a valet returned my car to my house.

Erick and Jeremy are the type of guys that will keep me as a customer of Coggin Ford. They both understood the situation and were able to collectively find a solution that ultimately lead to the new car purchase. I took my work vehicle into Coggin Ford on Atlantic in Jacksonville to get all 4 tires replaced. When I dropped the vehicle off to Jeremy, the service advisor, he helped me out and explained the process. Everything went exactly as Jeremy said it would. I also knew brakes were going to be needed in the near future but I did not realize how bad of shape they were in. I received pictures and recommendations on service for the brakes, rotors and calipers. Moved forward with all recommended items except for one. Picked the vehicle up the same day just as promised. Seamless transaction from start to finish. Thank you.

Sales people were great! Was able to get a good price on the suv I wanted. I was Very Unhappy with the 2.5 hour wait for the finance dept. Only 1 person to handle slot of sales! Totally Unacceptable!
