Terry Workman was my service technician and she was outstanding. She had all of my concerns addressed and kept me informed all along the way as the auto was being repaired/serviced. The work was also done in a timely manner. As a result, my elderly 2007 Ford Escape is purring along like new again. Your company should consider Terry to be "a keeper".
