Took my car in for service and was informed the engine needed to be replaced. Warranty company wouldn’t honor claim. After countless hours of phone conversations , email etc and with the help of Service advisor Terry Workman, the decision was reversed. The car was repaired expeditiously and is running great. My experience with Coggin service is always exceptional. Terry Workman goes above the norm to ensure satisfaction. She is so helpful and always make sure I am pleased. She give constant updates and work hard to get my cars serviced promptly. She is great at job, always professional and cares about the consume. I give her and the repair team five stars for their exemplary service.
