We went on a trip to Texas 2 days after 100 thousand-mile checkup. We traveled the same route I-10 , same speed, both directions. !7,777 miles! The best MPG I got was 18.5. This really burned me up because my F150 always got 23 to 25MPG on the same road and same speed.. Who or What is to blame after I spent $2,800 on thy checkup. So What does FORD hav to say about this loss of MPG???? After more than 17 years with Ford, I am really ANGRY!!!

Ken took me in as soon as I arrived, mentioned our conversation on the phone he immediately addressed me by name. He has been the best rep there in the last 6-7 years I’ve been a customer. Each visit the service department is continuously improving and that’s great. Use to have a bad rep. Now I believe that is gone. That starts with leadership recognizing a problem and implementing counter was to improve. Y’all have succeeded keep up the great work.

My experience was wonderful. The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and polite. He kept me informed about my truck and why it was taking a little longer than expected. He was unfailingly polite the entire time. He is a credit to your business.

This is the 1st time that I have received a full report to include what was done and what was found. Thank you! Although my service person said that he would come to the lounge to notify me when the car was ready, he did not. According to the report the car was ready at 10:16. I inquired about it at 11:20 and was told that the cashier had the paperwork.....
