Inquired about selling my vehicle. Although I was not thrilled with the price offered, as I had higher offers I just wanted to avoid the hassle. I knew it needed a few things on my back wheels, ie sensors and perhaps wheel bearings. He offered a free inspection and suggested seeing what it would cost vs. fixing on my own prior to trading. My salesman, Caleb was extremely polite and helpful. He made the transaction go smoothly. I was interested in another car at a different Coggin dealership. He went to pick it up, we test drove it and made the deal to purchase.

Service Rep Ashley was excellent and very knowledgeable. Communicated to me when necessary. On a side note, this shouldn't reflect anything on Ashley, like I said in a February survey when I had my car in for a diagnostics check for the same issue and my car was kept for 4 days then and 8 days this time around, no complimentary car wash. My wife takes her car in for an oil change at a Mazda Dealership, and her car comes back washed.

Everyone was nice. Car was out front and clean and waiting for us. The experience was great until the paperwork took over 4 hours.
