My Sales guy was Paul.. never have i ever had such a Patient, Ford Knowledgable sales person.. he set my whole Explorer up for me and let me know all the details of my new vehicle.. he was Funny, and very charming.. The Bathrooms were very clean too..:)

Ken Thompson is a very hard working person and the only service advisor I will use. I am on my second round of replacing defective/faulty parts. The first failure was just out side of my warranty.

Terri workman was my advisor. I left my motor home there for a recall and she was in constant touch with me on its status it took several days but she was always keeping me informed on its progress and even saying have a great night when it wasn’t ready she cared and she sent me a text said it was ready I went up and it was she deserves a raise because she wasn’t just an advisor I felt like I had a new friend and someone who cared she was the best everyone there was very nice the service was great but she made me feel like this is where I go again and hopefully get her because she went all the way for customer service

Rickey helped me with the build of a new vehicle. He was very patient and helped me very everything I wanted on the vehicle.
